To be truly healthy, you need to take care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being. While the main focus of my blog is to share my paleo recipes, I also like to post new nutritional information I find, inspirational quotes, excerpts from self-help books, and pictures that make me say (and hopefully you too!) “wow”. Because things that blow your mind and make you say “wow” are GOOD.

We like good here.

Food also needs to “wow” us…that includes giving us a ton of nutrients so that our bodies can perform to their best. Not only does our food need to be nutritionally rich, it needs to look, smell, and taste amazing too. That’s why I post at least one recipe every week (usually more) and work hard to deliver the best taste, appearance, and nutritional profile possible.

And the best part is, if you don’t have time to bake and you live in Ottawa, you can always stop by The Daily Grind and purchase my paleo goods to go!


 However, on the assumption that most of you don’t live here in Ottawa, I would suggest trying out one of the recipes above to get started 😉 Enjoy!
